10. Agreement & Disclaimer

Please read the information in this document carefully and thoroughly before beginning the GAPS Nutritional Protocol with your Certified GAPS Coach (CGC). Your agreement to these terms of use is required before beginning classes offered in the School.

GOALS

GAPS Coaches either work with clients in person or virtually to help them implement the GAPS Nutritional Protocol.

The prevailing premise of the GAPS Nutritional Protocol is that the human body is a wonderful creation, and it has all the healing and repair mechanisms programmed into it. The GAPS Nutritional Protocol simply provides the body with the necessary tools to use this ability fully.

The fundamental goal of a Certified GAPS Coach is to help you prepare for and navigate the GAPS Nutritional Protocol in a non-clinical setting with practical application in the home. Consultation elements will include: kitchen equipment recommendations, pantry sweep and restocking recommendations, food sourcing, GAPS cooking guidelines and techniques, environmental and personal care recommendations, journaling guidance, supporting references, monitoring and tracking progress, and providing channels of support within local communities.

However, the GAPS Nutritional Protocol is not designed to treat any specific disease or medical condition. This is the sole domain of the medical field and other allied health professionals. A Certified GAPS Coach does not make any medical diagnoses or claims and is not a substitute for your personal physician’s advice. A Certified GAPS Coach does not provide a second opinion or in any way attempt to alter the treatment plans or therapeutic goals/recommendations of your primary care physician or other board-certified medical practitioner. You should discuss any recommendations made by your Certified GAPS Coach with a licensed medical professional. If your physician has any questions, they should feel free to contact your CGC.

COMMITMENT & PERSONAL OUTCOMES

While clients report positive outcomes in using the GAPS Nutritional Protocol please note that it’s impossible to guarantee any specific outcome. Your Certified GAPS Coach will work with you to help you achieve the best possible results, but that will be determined by your commitment to the GAPS Nutritional Protocol and to the open channels of communication you have with your Certified GAPS Coach. While on the GAPS Nutritional Protocol it’s possible to experience some physical or emotional reactions. If this occurs contact your Certified GAPS Coach to determine how to proceed with your personalized GAPS experience. You agree to promptly inform your GAPS Coach if you experience emotional distress and/or physical discomfort during your work together, particularly between consultations. If appropriate, your Certified GAPS Coach may be able to refer you to a Certified GAPS Practitioner (CGP) or other appropriate professional health care provider for further assistance.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of GAPS to Go, Picky Eating Blueprint, and Nourishing Stepping Stones, and the fact that upon purchasing you have instant access to the entire product, there will be no refunds for GAPS to Go, Picky Eating Blueprint, or Nourishing Stepping Stones after purchase.

There are no refunds for Nourished Connection, Personalized Coaching, or Follow GAPS Academy Trial.

Members can cancel their Nourished Connection membership at any time from their end.

Due to the nature of "information" and "digital" products, I have a policy to help determine the eligibility of refunds for the GAPS Protocol Support Coaching Packages and the Follow GAPS Academy program.

My coaching packages and program are committed to your success and I expect the same commitment from you.

As explained in both the sales page and the webinar slide for the GAPS Protocol Support Coaching Packages and Follow GAPS Academy as well as the terms and polices you agreed to before you purchased...

If you go through the program or coaching package materials, put in the work, implement the strategies, and believe that the package or program has not helped you at all, then you can contact me within 30 days for a full refund.

I ask that you provide evidence that you have put these strategies into place for yourself or the person you are helping and can show that they have not worked for you.

For example, you may provide me with photos or documents showing that you have used my kitchen checklist and have gone through your kitchen to prep it for GAPS according to my recommendations, you have used my food sourcing guide and master grocery list and have purchased the GAPS foods I recommend, have chosen a meal planning method and have purchased the foods for that meal plan, have used my batch cooking guide and completed a batch cooking session, have used my recipes and prepared at least three GAPS meals according to my recommendations, etc.
